About this Case Study
This is a case study from Holiday Extras on our Bulgarian and UK remote teams over the last 18 months.
We'll be sharing the change curve in attitudes and how not only the agile coaches had to get used to remote workers, but the engineers had to get used to remote pair programming. We'll be delving into the challenges we faced.
The technology we used also had to change. We had to invest in equipment and new tools to make our meetings more efficient. This session will also touch on how we've had to cater and change retrospectives and sprint planning. How do you get the remote worker feeling that they are part of the team?
As well as giving you an overall view on our learnings, we're looking for feedback from participants on how they work with remote staff: we're still learning ourselves.
We want to be pioneering and talk about this taboo subject. It's all about sharing the 'agile' love.
