About this Case Study
Undergoing agile transformation and implementing SAFe in a rapidly expanding organisation is a challenging journey to embark upon – in fact, it’s a journey that never really ends. About the Speakers
Borja Soler After graduating in Industrial Engineering in my hometown, Barcelona, I completed a Master’s in Engineering with Finance in the UK, soon after I joined the Agile Portfolio Office at Fourth as a graduate.
With my previous experience with Business Intelligence during a lengthy internship at Hewlett Packard, and my passion for data, I helped form up our internal self-service business intelligence tool, contributing to continual improvement and optimisation of our agile operations.
As a Lead Portfolio Analyst, I look after the Agile Operational Insights area to ensure that we have reliable, transparent and insightful business indicators in a shape that will help our key stakeholders drive their decisions on a daily basis, backed with data!
Andy SalesI am an experienced Agile Consultant and have worked with many organisations across EMEA to co-design and deliver Agile transformations. I provide hands on coaching to teams as well as working closely with leadership to help implement and support change initiatives.
My expertise lies in coordinating and delivering large scale agile transformations aligned to key business outcomes plus delivering SAFe transformations, launching Agile Release Trains and facilitating large scale release planning events.
I am also a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) , regularly delivering Scrum and Certified Leading SAFe courses, both as private and public classes.
