About this Tutorial

As managers and leaders, one of our most important jobs is to keep the team moving, yet how often do we stop to figure out what actually motivates us?

Is this interactive session, Richard will present a summary of the science of human motivation. You’ll then get to figure out what really motivates you personally and learn how to build a picture of what drives your team as a whole.

Richard will take the group through the Management 3.0 Moving Motivators exercise, so each participant gets to see what really motivates them. Finally, we'll create a giant graph/art installation to represent the motivations of the group as a whole.

The session is informative, fun, insightful and creative. The participants will learn how to use this simple tool to delve deeper with their own teams into what really makes them tick.
