About this Case Study
"I'll be happy once <I get this done/I get a promotion/I change job/I buy a new car/etc>". How many times have you said something like this? We think happiness comes from success, but science has proven that it's the other way around: being happy makes us successful.
Happiness has huge benefits on most aspects of our lives, including professionally. So how can we be happy? Well, it turns out we can quite easily "trick" our brain into being happy(er).
In this session, I will explain why happiness is so important at work, mentioning several studies that have explored this problem. I will show you a number of practical exercises and techniques that I use with my team to improve our happiness and that have made us a lot more successful.
