About this Tutorial

A session for managers or individuals wanting to set, challenge or deal with goals/KPIs/targets at work or in their own life. Drawing from some promising, logical ideas from the worlds of systems thinking, psychology and philosophy.

You’ll learn about why goals affect you and how to be more successful when setting them for yourself and for others. You’ll have the chance to share your experience of success, or pose questions for others to reflect on. If you enjoy thinking about the ‘why’ and questioning the ‘how’, this session is for you.

About the Speaker

Phil has worked on both client and supplier sides, in service design, build and operations roles around the world. Having spent a decade managing large programmes and agile coaching for large multinational corporations, he now works as a senior project manager and agile coach at Torchbox in Bristol.

Phil is passionate about building systems of work that remove barriers to people being successful. This includes everything from the theory of constraints and systems dynamics to communication practices and learning cultures.
