15–16th June 2017

A 45 minute Case study by:

Raluca Macovei

About this Case study

In today’s software ecosystem, many companies are between 2 worlds, with a mature monolith that is gradually transforming into microservices and wanting to get to production as soon as possible and embracing the journey to continuous delivery. This path requires new engineering practices but also leaves us in a continually changing world, as new architectures and ways of working will emerge as soon as - if not before - we’ll get to the next destination.

In this session we’ll explore how this impacts all of us and why the human factor has an important role to play.
