So you have a team and you're told to "solve this problem quickly". The clock is ticking, the problem is difficult. You look around and see that the engineering capability in front of you is a highly skilled, agile experienced hit squad.
How do you kick this off? How do you do just enough to organise this crew? What should you not waste time on? What is the right process? What would this journey look like? This session, a combination of show and tell and some workshop activities, will take you on a journey to show you one way you can do this.
We'll keep it simple, looking at an example team journey and discussing what it might look like looking at things like working environments, setting clear goals, team manifestos, team identities and more.
