This keynote is about creating organisations that keep their competition awake at night while their people are enjoying making ever new waves.
Surprisability is a pragmatic, actionable and positive reframe of Taleb’s idea of anti-fragility.
In the past we’ve built businesses and organisations to last. We were afraid. We needed predictability to feel safe.
Now we have the confidence to grow businesses that offer less safety, yet more creativity, serendipity and fun.
I will take you through the organisational capabilities that increase surprisability:
As Trust Artist and Certified Enterprise Coach with the Scrum Alliance, Olaf is a veteran and leader in the international agile community. In almost 20 years, he has helped hundreds of organisations to transform. In that work, exploring culture and making sense of leadership have become his speciality. His strategy: increasing trust and responsibility through invitation and clarity. Olaf has been presenting at conferences around the world since 2001.
Olaf and Christine Neidhardt are the founders of TrustTemenos Leadership Academy. They work with leaders increasing their clarity of identity and intention, and help growing organisations where safe spaces are available for people to show up and grow. In 2016 they published a workbook for leaders: 'Showing Up'.
