About the Speaker

Lydia is an Associate Creative Director at Valtech where she’s worked on projects for clients including the NHS, Sage and Schroders.

With 15 years of experience, including early marketing and communications roles with M&S, Cadbury, Budweiser and O2, Lydia has always strived to educate clients on the importance of creative.

Here at Valtech, she has been at the forefront of improving our creative processes and, fundamentally, working out how to integrate these with Agile and Lean.
