This is an interactive session to give participants an overview of the emerging analytics options from “Big Data” and related developments, and their application in the lean and agile ecosystem. By the end, participants will be equipped with an understanding of why, where, and how modern analytics can help them.
To do this, Alan Patrick (Dataswarm) will look at a variety of new data analytics approaches, and then examine how they can be applied to a number of important areas in the agile-lean value chain.
Analytics areas covered include:
Alan goes through how these apply to the following key areas in lean and agile operations, discussing each problem area and how it is potentially solved using new technologies. Participants will leave with a set of introductory notes and pointers to where they can find more information and increase their own knowledge.
