About this Tutorial

Which is better: “top down”, with the challenge of overcoming resistance to change, or “bottom up”, perhaps never gathering momentum? Maybe this is false choice.

In this session Mike Burrows (Agendashift) discusses whether there could be a third way, an approach to organisational transformation that is simultaneously respectful, ambitious - and sustainable.

Key elements include:

  • two opportunities for real audience participation through clean language exercises
  • outcome-centric instead of prescriptive
  • a proposed 'true north' for lean-agile
  • transformation process as lean-agile delivery process
