In this session, we will look at how a large global organisation got started with enterprise agile. Which techniques have worked for us to increase agile adoption at scale? While there was a focus on introducing the technical aspects of agile to the organisation, the first challenge was in moving the culture. The second challenge was the ability to adopt enterprise agility in a practical and useful way, for an organisation of over 65,000 full-time employees spread across the globe.
